FROM THE ORDER TO THE TESTED MACHINE
DI QUATTRO is able to autonomously manage the whole process of production, from the order to the tested machine, and efficiently coordinate all the expected phases:
The high qualitative and quantitative production standards achieved by DI QUATTRO are the results of a consolidated organizational know how starting from a process of orders acquisition which is technologically advanced in the identification and selection of raw materials and subassembly products, passing through their automated storage – to guarantee their traceability throughout the time – and developing in the business departments of production and assembly. DI QUATTRO personnel is certified for MIG TIG welding and specialized in turning, milling and welding of stainless steel, aluminum, titanium and general plastics (for which the respect of “hygienic demand” regulations is guaranteed), for wire-cut electrical discharge machining and tridimensional tests at the edge of the machine, together with an air conditioned test area for tridimensional control. The mechanical, electrical and pneumatic assembly is executed by qualified technicians basing on the requirements provided by customers, who can also take advantage from an additional test service and certification, which further guarantee the good functioning of the machine. DI QUATTRO integrates its service by offering a cutting-edge technical office for the CO-DESIGN, from prototyping to industrialization. This collaboration with our customers has been successfully experimented by using cad stations equipped with software Pro/E.
